Purchases & Delivery

What is the shipping time?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days, and delivery takes about 3-7 business days depending on your address. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Can l use medical insurance for purchase?

Sorry, we currently do not support purchases with medical insurance.

Product & Feature

Can l take the scooter on an airplane?

The Lite and Folo models are designed for travel and can be taken on an airplane. Please note that the battery must be carried with you, and the scooter can only be checked in after the battery has been removed.

The Comfort model, however, is not suitable for air travel.

To avoid any unexpected issues, we strongly recommend checking with your airline in advance, as policies and regulations may vary.

How long does charging take?

Lite: The battery takes about 4-5 hours to fully charge one battery.

Folo: The battery takes about 5-6 hours to fully charge.

Comfort: The battery takes about 8-10 hours to fully charge.

How to check battery indicator lights?

Lite: 2 red + 3 green lights = fully charged.

Comfort/Folo:5 green + 2 yellow + 1 red = fully charged.

What can I do if my scooter doesn't power on?

Please make sure that the battery switch and the red brake handle switch are turned on before starting. lf you still cannot start the scooter after trying, please contact cs@scootngo.com.

    Great Scooter

    The Lite model has been a game changer for me. I always thought I was too young to use a scooter even with my limited mobility, but this scooter has changed my mind. I recently took it with me on a cruise and it was fantastic. It was small enough to fit through the cabin door (which most aren't). One battery was plenty for a full day of ship use. I use it for any outing that would require me to walk long distances. I always get stopped by people asking me about the scooter and I'm eager to share my satisfaction with them. Sometimes I even end up demonstrating how it folds up into a small package!

    I have been really been impressed by the customer service at ScootNGo. They are extremely fast at replying to you with the information you need. One small review cannot express my satisfaction with this company. I would highly recommend a ScootNGo scooter to anyone who needs a compact and durable mobility device.

    I got my ScootnGo Lite for a solo trip to Disney World. Rode it thru the airport. At the gate I folded it up and they put it under the plane like a stroller. Charged up the batteries each night. I got an extra charger so I can charge both batteries at the same time overnight. Having the 2 batteries worked out well since I could be riding around on one while charging the other. Most of the time I would ride it right into the buses, but when super busy I could just fold it up and carry it in with me like a stroller. Even with the batteries and supplies in the under seat bag it’s only about 50lbs and you can roll it like a suitcase. It was an absolute life saver and I absolutely could not have done the trip without it.

    Best scooter ever!

    I absolutely love this scooter! It is perfect for me to pick up and put in the back of my car. I have a Chevy Traverse and it fits in without needing to fold the seat down.
